Sat : 9.00am – 3.00pm (only for JINGGA Print Gombak)

How do I send my files for printing?
You may send your files through email or messaging apps (WhatsApp). Simply reach out to nearest JINGGA Print location.
Which file formats do you accept?
The file formats we accept are, .jpg, .svg, .tiff, .pdf, .png, but We prefer pdf that does not contain fonts.
Do images need to be in RGB or CMYK colour?
All you artwork must be in CMYK colour mode.
Will the colours be exactly what I see on my computer screen?
Not exactly, it all depends on the colour profile that is set for your screen. The printed colour will usually be slightly different. To be on the safe side convert your artwork to CMYK colour mode and use a colour wheel to match the colours in your artwork so you will have a better view of what your printed artwork should look like.
How long will it take to process my order?
Process days varies on product and quantity. Contact us for more info on this. Do not hesitate to tell us if you need your job to be printed in urgent manner.
What is CMYK?
CMYK is also referred to as ‘Full colour printing’ or ‘Four colour printing’ and is the most commonly used printing technique. The system uses 4 colour primary colours as its base – Cyan, Magenta, Yellow and blacK – with various combinations of these 4 it is possible to produce virtually every colour you can imagine!.
